The site is operated by Regine Nogli. Mainly the site serves as an information portal for the holiday flat Am Mausethal 3, but the tips for excursions around Radenbeck are to be considered as universal information.

What personal data we collect and why

The site generally only collects the data you enter on this page. For example, if you write a comment or write to us via a contact form, this data is technically stored and/or forwarded. However, this data is not stored for any other purpose or even passed on to third parties. The technical operator of the site is OVH, who will of course also store access data in a limited way. This is mainly for technical reasons such as billing purposes and prevention of Dinail of Service attacks on their infrastructure. The data will not be viewed or passed on by us and will be deleted by OVH after a reasonable period of time.



When visitors post comments on the site, we collect the information displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the user-agent string (which identifies the browser) to help detect spam.

From your email address, an anonymized string can be created (also called a hash) and passed to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. Only the name and the comment will be published, even after the content has been checked and activated manually. If you regret your comment, please write us as soon as possible and we might be able to remove it before publication.

Contact Forms

The data entered in the contact form will only be stored temporarily on the server and then transferred directly to an e-mail server, where you will be forwarded to the operator in the operator’s e-mail box ( and then deleted from the web server.

This is a convenience feature so that you don’t have to re-enter all this information when you write another comment. These cookies are stored locally in your browser for one year.

As private persons with German nationality we are of course obliged to pass on data to the authorities if they demand it from us. However, this only happens if we are required to do so, e.g. for criminal prosecution purposes.
