Who we are

The site mausethal.com is operated by Regine Nogli. Mainly the site serves as an information portal for the holiday flat Am Mausethal 3, but the tips for excursions around Radenbeck are to be considered as universal information.

What personal data we collect and why

The site generally only collects the data you enter on this page. For example, if you write a comment or write to us via a contact form, this data is technically stored and/or forwarded. However, this data is not stored for any other purpose or even passed on to third parties. The technical operator of the site is OVH, who will of course also store access data in a limited way. The data entered in the contact form will only be stored temporarily on the server and then transferred directly to an e-mail server, where you will be forwarded to the operator in the operator’s e-mail box (web.de) and then deleted from the web server.

Our website does not collect analysis data. We take great care not to use any foreign/non-open source code from services such as google, etc. which monitors our visitors. We do not automatically share personal data with third parties.

As private persons with German nationality we are of course obliged to pass on data to the authorities if they demand it from us. However, this only happens if we are required to do so, e.g. for criminal prosecution purposes.
